Calvin C. Schneider III

Calvin C. Schneider, III is an attorney with extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation, trials and appeals in federal and state courts. He has represented individuals as well as businesses in a multitude of cases, including but not limited to, personal injury, auto, trucking and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, product defects, premises liability, professional malpractice, breach of contract, misrepresentation, malicious prosecution, insurance and unfair business practices. In civil cases, he has obtained million and multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of plaintiffs, and defense verdicts for his clients being sued. In criminal cases, he has obtained “not-guilty” jury verdicts on misdemeanor to felony cases.
Mr. Schneider received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 1996. With a small savings earned working as a certified law clerk during law school, Mr. Schneider opened his own law practice in December, 1996 after becoming a sworn Attorney and Counselor at Law. Since the beginning, Mr. Schneider has dedicated his legal career to helping individuals, families and small businesses who have fallen on tough times. Most of his clients come from referrals by past clients, friends, expert witnesses, police officers, attorneys and opposing counsel.
Mr. Schneider is a member of the American Bar Association, The State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He also volunteers his time in the community through church and coaching Orange County youth flag football, soccer, softball and baseball teams.
